The Continuous Care Retirement Community (CCRC) concept, where collocated aged care facilities deliver care to village residents, is gaining momentum. Baptist Community Services (NSW & ACT) has announced a 200 ILU village plus a 158 bed care facility with respite centre to be built at Kellyville. Aevum says it will pursue co-located facilities as its long term strategy.
