DCM Institute’s Village Professionals hit major milestones in Perth
“Wellbeing isn’t just about our residents, it’s about you – our leaders, our managers, our connectors,” Program Manager Tiffany Folbigg told attendees.
The latest Village Professionals to reach major milestones in the DCM Institute’s Professional Development Points Program were honoured at the Village Summit in Perth.
“Wellbeing isn’t just about our residents, it’s about you – our leaders, our managers, our connectors,” Program Manager Tiffany Folbigg told attendees.
Every topic completed in the Knowledge Centre, or event attended – whether in person or online – accumulates Professional Development Points. These points build up over time and are tracked on a personalised transcript.
Reaching 1,000 points typically takes three to four years of consistent engagement, learning and professional growth.
So when someone reaches 1,000, or even 2,000 points, it’s more than just a number – it’s a sign of long-term dedication to staying sharp, informed and ready to lead.

These Village Professionals have shown what it means to keep showing up, keep learning and keep leading.
