With five homes sold off the plan, and two on the cusp of being sold, the action is about to heat up for Stage 1 of the land lease gated community adjoining the Greg Norman and Bob Harrison-designed Longyard Golf course.
Sales Manager Peter Schulz said it was hoped the Display Home would be open in June. He has 400 to 500 names on his data base and is confident the 18 homes (including three after sales homes) in Stage 1 will be sold quickly in the city, 420km north of Sydney.
The Over-50s resort, which will eventually contain 98 villas built over five stages and has five different home styles to offer. In April last year, prices started from $479,000. Today, the two-bedroom homes are selling from $499,000.
The development is the brainchild of Brisbane-based property developer Bob Andersen (pictured), Managing Director of Property Mastermind.
