Western Australian family-owned developer Lester Group is expanding its land lease platform, EdenLife Communities, steadily growing its footprint across the state’s south-west – with sold-out stages, an active project, and a third site now in planning.
The first community, EdenLife Australind, about 12km north-east of Bunbury, totals 208 homes and is fully sold. Homes for the fourth and final stage are arriving on site, with completion targeted for June 2026. Recent sales include a two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home with a two-car carport at $610,000.
South-east of Perth, EdenLife Byford comprises 197 sites and 11 home designs, from one-bed/one-bath to three-bed/two-bath. 15 sites in Stage 1 have sold; the first homes landed two weeks ago and homeowners are due to move in next month. Pricing ranges from $199,950 to $699,000.
Both communities follow the same amenity blueprint: a clubhouse, bowling green, community garden, resident workshop and playground.
Next in the pipeline is EdenLife Margaret River (circa 140 homes), lodged for development approval and integrated with Lester Group’s Rapids Landing masterplanned estate. The plan includes an embedded solar network that would provide residents with free power.
