Reside Communities nears final stage of major renovations of two communities

1 min read

The company which entered the retirement village market in 2018 is launching the final stages to market of Brookland Robertson and Samford Grove in Southeast Queensland after multi-million-dollar expansions.

Since acquiring the communities in 2019, Reside Communities has added an additional 131 homes to Samford Grove, in the City of Moreton Bay, and upon completion will have delivered 120 apartments at Brookland Robertson, an outer-southern Brisbane suburb.

Brookland’s final stage release, The Banksia, features 52 apartments in addition to the expansion’s first stage which delivered a new community centre with five-star facilities.

At Samford Grove the final eight villas are being released with only a handful of homes remaining for sale.

“The incredible feedback we've received highlights a need for modern retirement living options in established residential suburbs,” Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown said.

Reside’s portfolio of projects include golf-side community Fairway Carindale, with 177 apartments in construction and the recently opened Esperance Hope Island, a $250 million master-planned, waterfront community.
