Dubbo Regional Council has approved the Not For Profit’s development application to build a further 32 independent living units out of the 217-unit retirement village master plan that was approved by the council in August 2006.
Stage seven of RSL LifeCare Dubbo Horizons Village incorporates 13 independent living units with eight attached. Stage nine will incorporate 19 new independent living units with 14 attached units. All units have two bedrooms, with at least one car parking space. T
Stage nine will also see roads, utility services, external fencing, landscaping, and street lighting built as well the provision of six visitor parking spaces and fencing around private courtyards to provide privacy.
