Serenitas is building "most extensive facilities of any lifestyle resort in Western Australia"

It is a bold claim but perhaps indicative at the opulence of the latest land lease communities.

Rob Nichols, Serenitas CEO, said he invites anyone to look at Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort in Baldivis, 11km southeast of Rockingham, WA.

Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort is the flagship resort within Serenitas' National Lifestyle Villages brand, it even had its own marketing campaign Live Big. Work has commenced on its Central Park Pavilion with Member for Rockingham, Magenta Marshall MLA, Mayor of Rockingham, Deb Hamblin, and Rob turning the first sod with residents (main picture).

Located in the heart of the resort, the Pavilion will include a pool, spa, art and craft studio, family centre, business centre and music shell. There is already a bowling green, pickle ball court, sauna, gym, sports bar and more amenities.

Serenitas will be launching three new Thyme Lifestyle Resorts in 2024 at Sunbury, 38km northwest of Melbourne's CBD; Rothwell, 28km north-northeast of Brisbane; and Canungra, 32km west of Qld's Gold Coast, with a further resort in Forster, 308km north-northeast of Sydney's CBD, in early 2025.
