Will “senior living focused” CAP developments take off with land shortages and high construction costs?

1 min read

Developer WINIM, which has already launched two senior living focused developments in 2024, has another Community Apartment Project up and running.

Sydney-based WINIM has appointed Rosebery builder Trescon to construct 18 single-level three-bedroom apartments, strategically designed to cater to over 55s living, in a new development titled Longhouse, in St Ives, 18km north of Sydney's CBD.

Designed by the architects Rothelowman, Longhouse will mimic a cluster of small houses, complemented by lush landscaping.

WINIM has launched two luxury projects, 14-apartment Kléo Mosman (pictured), in the affluent suburb 8km northeast of Sydney's CBD, and Huntington Residences in nearby Cremorne, 6km northeast of Sydney's CBD, with just 13 bespoke and spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouse.
