$50M plus pre-release sales for Stage 2 of Reside Communities’ Fairway Carindale, with three-bedders hitting $3.6M

James Martin, Head of Sales, stated that the fourth project in Reside Communities' portfolio is setting new milestones.

Fairway Carindale’s first stage, Ivy and Aster, which featured 52 luxury apartments within Pacific Golf Club’s 53ha site, opened in late January.

Construction on the final golf frontage release is underway on the 76 brand-new apartments and residences, spread across three boutique towers, titled Leura, Oxlade and Stanmere, in the Brisbane suburb, 13.5km southeast of the CBD.

"Strong demand continues to drive sales from pre-registered buyers wanting high end retirement residences in the sought after Carindale suburb," said James, of Stage 2.

"Setting a new benchmark for Carindale with 3 bedroom residences selling for up to $3.6 million.

"Residents will enjoy over 2,000msq dedicated to a 5 star health, well-being, dining and community centre. Featuring private dining room, cinema, bar, cafe, hair & beauty salon, library, billiard room, gymnasium, heated pool and golf course viewing platform over the ninth hole."

Glen Brown, CEO and Co-Founder, said the demand is "quite simply down to the unique nature of the development".

"It is on a golf course with panoramic golf course views; residents will enjoy the dual benefit of both the 2,000msq of indoor and outdoor dedicated resident community facilities with direct secure gated access to the new Pacific Golf Course clubhouse.

"Pacific Golf Club House is now the destination dining location for Carindale and neighbouring suburbs and also includes virtual reality golf, mini golf and a driving range all accessible to our residents."

The Weekly SOURCE reported in June last year that Reside Communities' Esperance Hope Island, on Queensland's Gold Coast, is redefining the traditional retirement village model. The development is offering a six-star hotel resort experience, with most apartments priced at 80% of the cost of nearby residential properties. Larger homes, including penthouses, are priced at or above the local market rate.
