Loretta Byers leads prestige 100 apartment Adelaide development

18 months ago the Adelaide scrap metal family, the Browns, approached retired retirement village veteran Loretta Byers to guide them in creating an iconic village overlooking Adelaide CBD.

The $200 million project has just been submitted to the Development Assessment Commission for approval. Located on a 5500 m² site in North Adelaide overlooking Adelaide Oval to the city, the village

component will consist of three apartment towers with close to 100 units. They will be priced from $750,000 to $1.5 million for 2 and 3 bedrooms. The village will feature rooftop bars, swimming pool and café.

On the same site will be a separate tower of 100 serviced tourist apartments.

The architect is Paul Pruszinksi.
