myHomecare Group has appointed former Allity CEO Tomás Chubb (pictured) to replace Stuart Miller, who is exiting the CEO role after five years.
Stuart’s departure was announced in an email from myHomecare Chair Marcus Darville, who says it was agreed upon after a “strategic review” of the business.
“The Board recognises the contribution which Stuart has made to the development of myHomecare over the last five years and is pleased to acknowledge that Stuart remains committed to the success of the Group and will assist in a period of handover,” he said.
According to Marcus, Tomás has already commenced work as of 10 October.
“Tomás was most recently Group CEO of Allity Aged Care where he worked for 5 years helping drive the successful sale to Bolton Clarke.
“Prior to Allity, Tomás worked at Archer Capital and has 15 years’ experience in private equity and management consulting,” he said.
Bolton Clarke completed its acquisition of Allity in March.
