Fifth Seniors Living development proposed within five minutes drive for Sydney’s Northern Beaches

Marchese Partners I Life 3A are the architects for the $17 million project alongside Vigor Master, which also developed the adjacent Marston Living Beacon Hill retirement village.

The 26 self-contained living units will be built in four two-storey buildings on a 6.2ha site in Oxford Falls Valley, 20km northeast of Sydney’s CBD, with an additional community centre building with a pool, gym, theatre, library, and meeting rooms.

The proposed site with 1) Marston Living Beacon Hill Retirement Living; 2) Willandra Retirement Village; 3) Willandra Retirement Bungalows and 4) Approved seniors living development of 40 ILUs.

Three buildings will house three apartments on the two levels, with the other building housing four apartments on each level.

The proposed site is opposite Australian Unity’s Willandra Retirement Village, with Willandra Retirement Bungalows and Marston Living Beacon Hill Retirement Village and an approval Seniors Living development for 40 independent living units all within five minutes’ drive away.
