Following the success of DCM Sanctuary delivering 9,000 applications to the Government by June 9 for the $9,000 solar panel grant package, the first 240 ILUs are having installations completed now. Graeme McMullan is the DCM Project Director; he has to install solar for 1,000 ILUs per month through to when the funding ends in May 2010.
