The RVA has endorsed DCM Insulation (a sister company to The Village Manager) to provide ceiling insulation to retirement villages under the Federal Government's Energy Efficient Homes Package which provides $1200 per ILU as well as ceiling insulation for aged care facilities. DCM utilizes only quality Boral branded batts. (DCM Solar is currently installing solar panels on 9000 ILU's across Australia -contributing $80 million to the village sector).
