GFC distressed villages still being sold

A stalled village development in rural Henty, called Sweetwater, has been sold to a Melbourne develper four years after it went into receivership. Commenced in 2005, the village had only built and sold 16 homes when hit by the GFC. It has approval to build 50 units plus 21 serviced apartments and a 9 bed aged care facility.
