Most of the 9,000 village residents who appointed DCM Sanctuary for the free solar panel system from the government are still waiting for official approvals along with the rest of Australia. The word is that applications lodged in mid May with the Government are being processed at the moment meaning it could be as late as December before all applications are approved.
