Vasey RSL Care has been awarded a contract with the Department of Veterans' Affairs to supply home care services to veterans and their families.

Under the Veterans Home Care contract, which is a new addition to Vasey RSL Care's functions, DVA clients will have the option to utilise Vasey RSL Care as their preferred provider of support services. The contract covers covers low-care services such as domestic help, personal care, respite care, and garden maintenance.

Vasey RSL Care, which has 300 rental units at nine locations around Victoria and operates four residential aged care facilities in Melbourne, has been providing home care services for more than 20 years in metropolitan Melbourne.

It currently has about 250 home care clients, with the number growing every year. Vasey RSL Care is targeting growth in Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, and Frankston, areas with high demographic representations of veterans.

“We are very pleased to become a Veteran Home Care provider," said Janna Voloshin, Chief Executive Officer at Vasey RSL Care (pictured above).

"We are one of Victoria’s most experienced providers of accommodation and services to the veteran community and this service is perfectly aligned with our Mission to Serve Those Who Served."
