Nieves Murray, CEO of Illawarra Retirement Trust (IRT), has announced the purchase of Links Seaside, a new village and care facility on a prime ocean beach location just north of Wollongong. It consists of 154 ILU's plus 98 care beds and 63 serviced apartments. Links Seaside was purchased from Fred Ferreiras Horizon Living. IRT is the country's largest not-for-profit, community-based aged care and retirement living provider with 16 residential care locations, mainly serving the South Coast of NSW and now Canberra.
