Infinite Care unveils $2.6M RADs at flagship Victorian aged care home
“This is not just a care home, it’s a thoughtfully designed, inclusive space that puts residents at the centre of a connected, vibrant community,” said Infinite Care CEO Luke Greive.
With 17 residential aged care homes across QLD, SA, and NSW, the private operator has officially announced its entry into the Victorian market with its $70 million Knoxfield home scheduled to welcome residents from 12 January 2026.
Construction of its three five storey buildings by Infinity Constructions and designed by Crosier Scott Architects took 23 months, with The Weekly SOURCE reporting in February 2025 that the 177-bed facility expected to welcome its first residents in October last year.
Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RADs) at the home, located 33km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, will top out at $2.64 million for a penthouse suite or $1.32 million per person if shared.

Residents will enjoy a host of premium hotel-like amenities, states Infinite Care, including:
- The Summit Lounge: A Level 5 Club Lounge with floor-to-ceiling views.
- Apartment-style suites.
- A secure outdoor children’s play area.
- Public-facing café and shop
- Lifestyle Precinct: Including allied health consultation spaces, in-house cinema, wellness centre, and a hair & beauty salon.
“This is not just a care home, it’s a thoughtfully designed, inclusive space that puts residents at the centre of a connected, vibrant community,” said Infinite Care CEO Luke Greive.

The Infinite Care Knoxfield site is owned by the $3.7 billion Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust.
Infinite Care’s Victorian footprint is set to expand further with a second home scheduled to open in Prahran in early 2026, alongside several planned acquisitions.
