It is little known that ING is in the villages sector, which it entered via its real estate investment funds. Since taking back the management of its 41 rental villages last September under the Garden Villages brand, they have increased occupancy by 6% to 71%, with higher expectations as they roll out their marketing activities. They also own four lease/license villages in WA under the Settlers Lifestyle brand.
