Ingenia Lifestyle to expand land lease community on NSW Mid North Coast

Ingenia Communities Group CEO John Carfi was on hand with City of Coffs Harbour Mayor Nikki Williams to turn the sod on the expansion of Ingenia Lifestyle Plantations in Woolgoolga.

The Weekly SOURCE reported in August 2024 that Ingenia Communities had been given approval to develop the 10 hectares it had acquired next to Ingenia Lifestyle Plantations.

An additional 178 homes will be built, which Ingenia Communities Group state “reflects the continued demand for housing designed for over 55s on the Coffs Coast”.

The expansion will include a second clubhouse, adding new wellness and social facilities to the established community.

Opened in 2019, Ingenia Lifestyle Plantations is already home to 191 residences and a clubhouse.
