Blueys Beach, a village in the NSW Mid North Coast, is the setting for the leading land lease community operator's newest Over 55s resort style community.
The Weekly SOURCE reported the launch of Ingenia Lifestyle Kokomo in February, with the first residents expected to arrive in late 2025.
Now Ingenia Communities, which said in February it had 13 projects ongoing, has built a sales office at the site and also listed the starting price for the homes in what will be a 133-home community when complete beyond 2027. There were only 183 people in Blueys Beach in the 2016 Census, with median age 59.
On the resort's website, there are five two-bedroom, two-bathroom with study home designs: Kai (one-car garage $865,000), Marella (two-car $915,000), Conway (two-car $935,000), Tarni (two-car $1.08 million), and Seton (two-car $1.25 million). The resort will have, in the future, a clubhouse precinct with a pool, putting green, pickleball court, gym and sauna. It is situated next to The Palms Oasis Caravan Park.
