The land lease community, opened in 2018, was one of six Seachange communities acquired by Ingenia Communities for $270 million in November 2021.
“Our residents are the ones who bring our communities to life, and our purpose is to create communities that not only reflect the location, but the residents’ needs, and kind of lifestyle and amenities they are after," said Ingenia Lifestyle Head of Development QLD, Adam Forrester.
Adam added the homes are complemented by the resort-style amenities, with two Hamptons-inspired clubhouses, which he believes are essential to the community.
While Seachange Toowoomba has put up the ‘full house’ sign for now, Ingenia Lifestyle is set to start work on its new Highfields community later this year, its 11th community in Queensland.
