Australia’s land lease market is booming – and two new players are stepping in with bold plans to stand out. Lewis Land, one of the country’s oldest private developers, and ReGen Living, backed by residential property giant Oliver Hume, are each bringing a more generous resident living environment to their first over-50s land lease communities.
Established in 1957, Lewis Land has developed over 20,000 residential lots along the country’s coastline – now the group is looking to bring their standards to the land lease market.
