When RetireAustralia launched The Verge at Burleigh on Queensland’s Gold Coast, it set out to answer a big question: how do you deliver care without losing the feeling of home? The answer came with the Care Hub – a purpose-built, nurse-led facility that provides 24/7 support in a warm, domestic setting. 

“It’s simple,” said RetireAustralia Chief Operating Officer Simon Fawssett (pictured top). “People want to be cared for in their own home. The Care Hub was designed to make that possible – right here in the heart of the village.”
