Will Egan
Chief Executive Officer, Ausmed

Will joined continuing professional development (CPD) education provider Ausmed in 2007, which was founded in 1987 by Will’s mother, Cynthea Wellings, a nurse.

Working his way up to the CEO role in 2022, he has worked to transition the business towards highly integrated software and content products which are now used over 1.5 million times a year. In 2015, Will also started a charity that helped get over 250,000 kids coding in schools.

Will has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Commerce from Monash University and qualifications in Disruptive Strategy and Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.



Shayne Evans
Chief Executive Officer, Stanton Dahl Architects

The lead architect at Stanton Dahl for four years, Shayne has extensive experience in the design, documentation and administration of projects ranging from high-end residential work to low-cost schools.

He has a particular interest in providing architectural services to disadvantaged communities with several of the projects that he has worked on winning national design awards.

Shayne has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Australian Institute of Architects.



Jim Hazel
Chairman, Ingenia Communities

Jim has had an extensive corporate career in banking, finance and risk management, and retirement sectors, including being Managing Director of village operator Primelife Corporation Limited (now part of Lendlease). 

Appointed to the Board of land lease operator Ingenia Communities in March 2012, he is also a director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd.

Jim also serves on the University of South Australia and COTA Australia, the peak policy development, advocacy and representation organisation for older Australians and this year was made a Life Member of the Retirement Living Council (RLC).

Jim holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.



Suzanne Jensen
General Manager of Development, Palm Lake Group

With over 10 years’ experience as a Town Planner and a Project Manager, Suzanne joined land lease operator Palm Lake Group in 2021.

Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Planner for land lease operator Ingenia Communities and as a consultant.

Suzanne has a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland.



Alok Kumar
Managing Director, Omega Communities

Alok joined Adelaide-based village operator Omega Communities in 2014 after a long career in the service industry including Not For Profits and hotels.

Since then, he has worked to expand Omega’s ‘family care’ model by partnering with a home care provider and introducing a care and wellness coordinator to its two villages.

Alok has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).



Jade Lindrea-Jones
General Manager of Marketing, Ryman Healthcare Australia

With over 20 years’ experience in strategy and marketing across Australia and Asia, Jade joined Ryman Healthcare in December 2022 to lead its marketing strategy.

This move followed a range of strategy and marketing with companies including Origin Energy, NAB and Vodafone Australia.



Rebecca Pacey
Chief People & Transformation Officer, Infinite Care

Rebecca has steered aged care provider Infinite Care’s people and corporate services for six years following nine years running her own business consultancy.

She is also a Non-Executive Board Director for the Multicultural Communities Council on the Gold Coast.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Commerce, HR, Organisational Design & Marketing from Griffith University and a Master of Business Administration from the UNSW Business School.



Emma Robbins
Executive Creative Director, M&C Saatchi

In her current role for five years with high-profile clients including the Victorian State Government, Origin and WorkSafe, Emma has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and creative direction.

She previously held senior creative roles at The Shannon Group, The Charles Grenfell Group and Clemenger BBDO, and led campaigns for NAB, Libra, TAC, Bupa and Pure Blonde.



Janna Voloshin
Chief Executive Officer, Vasey RSL Care

In her current role for close to 10 years, Janna oversees the Not For Profit’s range of services which includes residential care, home care and veterans’ services.

Previously, she was its General Manager Residential Services for five years and also held a number of senior leadership roles with residential aged care providers in Victoria.

Janna holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in gerontology from Victoria University and a Master of Health Services Management in Health and Aged Care from Monash University.



Kris Whitehead
Chief Executive Officer, Home Instead Australia & New Zealand

After more than 20 years working in banking and finance, Kris Whitehead’s personal experience as a family carer inspired him to shift sectors to join Home Instead as the national home care provider’s CEO in early 2023.

With experience across retail, small business, business, emerging corporate, corporate and institutional banking in Australia and Asia, Kris’ previous role was heading startup bank Judo Bank, growing it to a lending book of over $1 billion.

He has a Bachelor of Business in International Business from QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
