Earlier this year, we commissioned outside research firm AOR to independently assess the state of the nation of Village Managers across Australia in their jobs. Over 180 participated. The results are alarming for operators when it is generally understood the Village Manager is the strength of any village. Just 58% said they will still be in the sector in three years’ time.
