Prue Bowden

Group CEO – Home Health, Australian Unity

Joining Australian Unity in 2017, Prue was previously Group Executive People & Culture before being appointed to her current role in September 2022.

After leading the group’s transformation of its enterprise operating model, she is now responsible for leading its Home Health Platform: comprising home care (including Indigenous services) and Remedy Healthcare businesses.

Before her roles at Australian Unity, Prue was the Director of People Solutions Group Pty Ltd, a boutique consulting firm focused on operating model design and transformational change.


Amy Devlin

National Client Experience Manager, Dovida Australia

In her current role since June 2024, Amy joined Dovida, formerly Home Instead Australia, in 2019 as a care service manager for its private, NDIS and Home Care Package clients.

Prior to this, she worked for Bolton Clarke in its home care division.

Amy has a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Technology and is also studying for a Masters in Gerontology.


Geoff Hogg

Chief Executive Officer, Dovida Australia

The experienced executive came on board with Dovida (formerly Home Instead Australia) Australia’s largest franchise home care provider in December 2024.

With over 30 years’ experience in the tourism and entertainment industry, Geoff spent over a decade with the Star Entertainment Group, rising to become its Group Executive Operations overseeing its three locations – The Star Gold Coast, The Star Sydney and Treasury Brisbane – before departing the company in 2022.

His career includes 12 years as director of the National Retail Association and four years as the Director of Major Events Gold Coast as well as the delivery of landmark legacy projects for Queensland, including the $3.6 billion Queens Wharf development in Brisbane and The Star Gold Coast’s $500 million transformation and rebranding. 

 


Jenni Hutchins

Chief Executive Officer, Warrigal

Jenni was appointed to her current role leading the NSW and ACT-based aged care, retirement living provider following a series of leadership roles in the Not For Profit and Government, most recently as the CEO of Big Fat Smile, a Not For Profit specialising in early childhood education.

A registered psychologist, she is a graduate Company Director on several boards including the Tresillian Family Care Centres and holds qualifications in business and people management from Harvard Business School.


Andrew Kinnersly

Chief Executive Officer, Uniting AgeWell

With over 25 years’ experience in health care management, Andrew came on board as Uniting AgeWell’s CEO in 2016.

Prior to this, he spent 12 years in executive finance and business development roles at Ballarat Health Services and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.


Fiona Onslow-Agnew

Chief Executive, May Shaw Health Centre Inc

A registered nurse with over 25 years’ experience in the health and aged care sectors, Fiona began her career exploring Western Australia as a rural health nurse before returning to Tasmania permanently in 2004. 

Since then, she has held a range of roles as Director of Care, Director of Operations, Regional Management and more recently, CEO.

Fiona was also integral in the development of the hospice@HOME program in Tasmania, supporting people to die at home.

She has a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Tasmania.


Lorraine Poulos

Managing Director, Lorraine Poulos & Associates

A healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience in health and aged care, Lorraine founded her specialist home care training and consultancy firm in 2009.

She has also served as a board member for Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) since 2022.

A trained Registered Nurse, Lorraine has a Masters in Health Service Management from Edith Cowan University.
