Japara building a village and aged care facility on Albury golf course

A $15M / 90 bed care facility is about to commence on the 1.7 hectare former Albury golf course site purchased in 2009 by Melbournes japara Holdings. Japara has already started a retirement village on the site. They operate 35 care facilities and 6 retirement villages across NSW, VIC, SA and TAS.
