Joint Regional Planning Panel to decide on Milton seniors proposal

The South Coast Joint Regional Planning Panel is meeting to determine the fate of the proposed $93 million Claydon Park Seniors Living complex Milton. There is some local resident opposition to the proposal to transform the 100 acre former dairy farm into a luxury retirement living complex. The Claydon Park Classic Seniors Living complex has been 17 years in the planning and is proposing a five stage development.
