The land lease operator has lodged a development application for an 8.9-hectare greenfield lot within DevCore’s Coral Cove Ocean Estate near Bundaberg.

The proposed Over-50s development, now before Bundaberg Regional Council, features 207 two- and three-bedroom homes, green spaces, a central clubhouse, and wellness and recreation amenities including a heated pool, pickleball courts, bowling green and private cinema.

The project marks Lincoln Place’s entry into Queensland’s Wide Bay-Burnett region and follows a 325-lot proposal for a 16.5-ha greenfield site in Mackay on Queensland’s central coast.

“Lincoln Place’s vision aligns with the values at the core of our community, bringing greater diversity and a vibrancy to the community for people of all ages and stages of life,” said DevCore Property Group Managing Director Paul Thompson

The Weekly SOURCE reported on 31 October that Lincoln Place hit $44 million in development acquisitions in nine months after acquiring a 16.3-hectare greenfield site in Wangaratta, Victoria.
