Liven Communities targets $110M 200-home land lease community in NSW
The operator, a joint venture between investment funds GreenFort and Hong Kong-based Gaw Capital, already has four land lease communities in Queensland.
Now Liven Communities has submitted plans to Lismore City Council for a $110 million land lease community development for around 400 residents in Goonellabah, a suburb of Lismore, in the NSW Northern Rivers.

The key features of the proposal include:
- The construction of a mix of approximately 200 new residential allotments;
- a community centre and supporting facilities; and
- the construction of internal access roads, on-grade car and RV parking, landscaping and open areas and the associated services infrastructure.

“Overall, the proposed development can be delivered with appropriate service connections, road infrastructure, and site earthworks to support the residential use, and all works will be undertaken in compliance with relevant standards, council requirements, and geotechnical recommendations,” stated a civil engineering plan by MPN Consulting.
The architect is Cottee Parker.
