Living Choice Flagstaff Hill – South Australia’s first fully integrated golf course and retirement community, just 16km from Adelaide’s CBD – has officially opened, marked by a ceremony with Living Choice Directors Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs, State Minister for Seniors and Ageing Well Nat Cook, and Retirement Living Council Executive Director Daniel Gannon.
Stage 1, comprising 42 spacious villas and The Range, featuring 17 luxury apartments overlooking the golf course, is now complete. The onsite Wellness Centre, which offers reflexology and relaxation massage, remedial massage and myotherapy, gentle yoga and fitness classes, Tai Chi and physiotherapy, is open to the public.
The grand opening on Saturday (28 June) was to mark the completion of Stage 2, comprising further apartments, many with elevated views across the Flagstaff Hill Golf Course, and a new golf clubhouse. A suite of wellness and lifestyle facilities including a magnesium indoor pool, cinema, gym, and consulting rooms are also open.
Living Choice has retirement villages across NSW, Queensland and South Australia.
