The dementia and disability support provider is adding two additional villas for people living with dementia or a disability to its Aashaya Jasri Resort in Bali, Indonesia.
Once complete, the fully accessible resort will have five villas, a wellness centre with specialist gym equipment, a spa and sauna, restaurant, and accessible pool.
"A $2 million investment has made supported travel possible for all," said Community Home Australia Co-Founder and Managing Director Dr Rodney Jilek.
Travel to the resort, which includes accommodation, food, activities, and support, is funded by the NDIS and Community Home Australia's charitable and philanthropic fund.
Community Home Australia is hosting the inaugural International Dementia Innovation Conference at the resort in September.
We first reported on the expansion in November last year. Completion is expected in the coming weeks.
