Brendan joined the Board of the Not For Profit in 1984 and became Chair in 1996, replacing inaugural Chair Peter Taylor AM, OBE, KSG.
“Throughout Brendan's 35 years as a Board Member and his 23 years as Chair, he led the organisation through a period of remarkable growth and transformation towards the Better for life vision that we live and breathe today. This included expanding our services into the Northern Territory and Victoria making the organisation one of the largest Not For Profit entities based in South Australia,” said Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC).
Brendan also was former President and Committee member of Rostrevor Old Collegians Football Club.
