The aged care provider is piloting a new ‘Social Hub’ service that is “going gangbusters” – and showing that the real opportunity for providers for the future will be in delivering services, not ‘products’.

The Not For Profit’s trial has proven that the main problem facing older people living at home is loneliness – and operators should be strategising now on how to service this need or face disruption, according to CEO Richard de Haast.
