NSW: Claydon Park gets green light from Panel

Milton’s living proposal has been approved by the State Government's Joint Regional Planning Panel. At a meeting in Ulladulla, the Panel gave approval for the $93 million over 55s residential development proposal. A development application for stage one is expected to be submitted to Shoalhaven City Council next year and construction and the first homes available for purchase in 2012.
