The NSW Department of Planning and the Coffs Harbour City Council are the targets of a letter writing campaign by Mullaway residents opposed to Darkum Roads aged care proposal. As reported in The Village Manager last week, Darkum Road, part-owned by former politician John Hannaford, has plans to build an 80-room aged care facility costing almost $11.7 million.
