NSW: New seniors development for Rosemeadow

A new 57-unit development will provide affordable homes for seniors in Rosemeadow. The 29 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments are being funded by the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan and being built by Watpac Construction.
