Ryman Healthcare will build its 24th retirement village in Tauranga representing a $100 million plus investment, the company announced today. Ryman plans to develop their village to offer residential housing, a village centre and rest home with hospital and dementia care facilities on a 7.1 hectare site at the city limits.
