Regional and rural aged care homes report that they are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on agency staff and it can take 12 to 18 months to register internationally qualified staff to practise as nurses in Australia. 

NSW regional provider McLean Care, has developed a solution - virtual healthcare hub iAgeHealth - that could radically reshape the way aged care is delivered in Australia. 

iAgeHealth offers residential and home care providers access to a 24/7 multidisciplinary team, filling worker shortages and improving health outcomes for older Australians in rural and regional areas.
