With a third of hospital bed occupancy tied up by people aged over 75, Hospital in the Home (HITH) is shifting from promising pilot to essential capacity strategy. 

Voni Leighton (pictured above), Co-founder and Clinical Director of HITH provider Vitalis Health, says HITH is becoming one of the few realistic ways the system can continue to function.
