Veronica Jamison, Chief Executive Officer at Shepparton Retirement Villages, is facing severe workforce shortages like many regional residential aged care operators.

She has had to close one facility to try and satisfy the mandatory care guidelines imposed by the Federal Government and is having to pay unsustainable wages to agency staff to keep operating.
