Developer Sid Londishs plans to build a $500 million resort-style seniors living development at Oxford Falls has been knocked back by NSW Planning Minister, Tony Kelly. The Minister said plans for the $100m+ development were unacceptable but Mr Londish has vowed to appeal the ministers decision in the Land and Environment Court.
