PAC: New plans for Scottish hospital site but not everyone happy

Presbyterian Aged Care (PAC) has drawn up new plans to reflect community consultation but there is still opposition from heritage campaigners to the size of the project. PAC is redeveloping the site to provide a target number of 105 aged care beds and 90 seniors’ independent living units.
