The Oak Tree Group this week submitted an application to Brisbane City Council for a $50 million, 164-unit retirement village to be built at Wynnum West. Director Mark Bindon said the village would accommodate couples and singles in one to three-bedroom units. Were not targeting the super-rich we think its something thats badly needed in the area. Oak Tree Retirement Villages are operated under a joint venture arrangement between the Oak Tree Group Pty Ltd and the listed property trust, ING Real Estate Community Living Fund Group (ILF)
