The Oak Tree Group this week submitted an application to Brisbane City Council for a $50 million, 164-unit retirement village to be built at Wynnum West. Director Mark Bindon said the village would accommodate couples and singles in one to three-bedroom units. “We’re not targeting the super-rich… we think it’s something that’s badly needed in the area.” Oak Tree Retirement Villages are operated under a joint venture arrangement between the Oak Tree Group Pty Ltd and the listed property trust, ING Real Estate Community Living Fund Group (ILF)
