Proving demand remains strong if properly stoked, BBCs Henry Kendall village at Wyoming on New South Wales Central Coast held an open day last weekend which attracted close to 400 registered couples and over 700 people in total. Nine deposits were taken on the day, with a healthy number of follow-ups to pursue. A large, older village with 700 residents, Henry Kendall has apartments available from $165,000 to $335,000.
