Proving demand remains strong if properly stoked, BBCs Henry Kendall village at Wyoming on New South Wales Central Coast held an open day last weekend which attracted close to 400 registered couples and over 700 people in total. Nine deposits were taken on the day, with a healthy number of follow-ups to pursue. BBC had committed to an aggressive but professional television, radio and press campaign, and on the day had 21 staff on hand. Over 1,000 sausages were consumed. A large, older village with 700 residents, Henry Kendall has apartments available from $165,000 to $335,000.
