Late last year Adventist Aged Care purchased the two Greenleaf villages located at Belmont and Wyee from Bankwest appointed receiver Grant Thornton, part of the carnage created by Bill Lewskis Prime Trust demise and LMs abrupt withdrawal of mezzanine debt to developer Brent Tilse. The Adventists have announced they are proceeding with building 97 ILUs at Wyee and have a further 50 to build at Belmont.
