Aevum reveals average occupancy and development profit

Aevum has 1,427 ILU residents and 228 Serviced Apartment residents. Their average ILU occupancy is 7.9 years and average SA occupancy is 3.8 years. Across 54 new ILU’s developed and sold over the past 12 months, Aevum claims a development profit of 17%.
