Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) has purchased 12.7 hectares which fronts onto Stanhope Parkway and is a few minutes' walk from Stanhope Shopping Village (near Blacktown), with the intention to build a village of 200 ILUs and a 100 plus bed aged care facility. It will be part of a Landcom greenfield development known as The Ponds. ARV and Landcom are still working to get its Bowral village proposal through Council.
